Responsible for review all product before customer inspection to insure that all Low Voltage Switch Gear designed and insulation according to IEC standard & Schneider Guide for Low Voltage Panels
Check list for every product individual to sure Quality Standards
Test all panels in four levels:
1. Tighten and support for mechanical stress.
2. Review wiring connection for power and control circuit.
3. Test insulation level for power circuit (Meggar – Dielectric test) according IEC 61439-1.
4. Test devices using electric power.
Programming Measuring Devices (D.M.M, Voltammeter, Ammeter, and P.F.Controller NR6-12) Control (soft starter, variable speed driver, logo, Zelio) and Test Sequence of Operation
Maintenance and troubleshooting Control Panels
Internal Auditor for ISO9001-2008 from SGS
Responsible for Establish and review all ISO 9001-2008 documentation.
Installing Low voltage switch gear and cabling system (power & Control ) and make SAT according to customer requirements and make start up .
Inspect all goods, material and accessories delivered to warehouse for production process and Report Purchasing Department if remarks or comments found for change non-confirm material.
Review all design shop drawing and material list to according IEC standard & Schneider Guide for Low Voltage Panels for type tested panel (Prisma Plus) or Local design (Special Panels Schneider brand – Rittal Panels Germany brand) and Report Technical office Department if remarks or comments found for modification mistakes and clears it.
Review and follow production operation in factory department to minimize defected product in factory and Report for Production Department if remarks or comments found to clear it.
