Eric Roach

My name is Eric and I live in Dayton, Ohio. I am married and have 2 boys age 5 and 1. I design kitchens and bathrooms but have recently found another passion with fitness. I have recently started classes to become a certified personal trainer and completed Insanity certification. I have always been active with sports and running. I have completed 2 full marathons and many shorter distances. I love that my boys have such an interest in fitness after watching my wife and myself.
