Instructions:

1) please contact by email, with the request for help with HEAP H.R.A. aid.

(a) total amount that needs to be paid for essential utility energy usage.

(b) for which month dates.

(c) utility type example (propane, etc.).

(d) your contact mailing address.

3) you will receive a response, with the updated invoice and complimentary new energy utility recommendations.

4) you apply for HEAP H.R.A. aid, and contact after approval.
