I am absolutely in love with life! I have the greatest husband in the world and I am completely head over heels for him. I have a deep rooted love for all things pertaining to health, nutrition, and fitness. I am passionate about essential oils and love to share how amazing they are with the world! I could (and do sometimes!!) spend hours in the kitchen, mixing things up and playing chemist. My dad always told me that "knowledge is power" and I wholeheartedly agree!
