Kathrin Soderberg is a Raw Food Chef with a passion for raw & plant-based foods, yoga and holistic living. She has been sharing her interest for healthy delicious foods and living a natural lifestyle for several years managing the creative kitchen of Open World Café. With her background in Aromatherapy and Massage and her all-encompassing drive to live a holistic, conscious, high-quality and high-energy life, Kathrin has held many workshops in raw food and natural skin care/aromatherapy at her café. She is currently managing the raw kitchen at Vici Eat Clean in Stockholm, Sweden.
