Esta Richard Etim also known as Esta Richards, is a Creative Consultant and Lifestyle Fitness Coach and Consultant with over 8 years of leadership and management experience in the health and fitness industry and over 18 years in the creative space. She is passionately committed to improving the quality of life for young creatives as well as bridging the gap in the health sector in Nigeria.

Esta holds a degree in Environmental Protection and Resource Management and is currently pursuing the OPEX Coaching Certificate Program (CCP), a high valued international fitness coaching education and certification program in Scottsdale, USA.

A dancer turned Lifestyle Fitness Coach and consultant, Esta is driven by the mission of helping women and professionals simplify fitness, healthy living, save time and manage stress through her signature lifestyle management programs. She also uses dance to improve the lifestyle and well-being of the women and professionals in her community. Her undeniable passion for dance as a tool for change was the drive for the establishment of AINESIS, an organization that helps young disadvantaged dancers develop their talent and earn, doing what they love. Ainesis provides a platform that enables them find decent work, improve their standard of living and contribute to their communities.

Esta is a founding member of Spirit of David, an international dance group that has hosted over 95 shows in 44 cities around the world geared towards social good and inspiring young dancers to become the best version of themselves. She also volunteers as a mentor to a group of young dancers called Nu Vessels. Through her active involvement, Esta has brought about their individual growth and development and provided innovative ways through which they can find fulfillment while doing what they love.

In addition to her professional work and as part of her contributions to the professional growth of young creatives, Esta recently founded Wirkish, an aggregator platform that democratizes opportunities for their own development.
