José Estabil brings 20+ years of experience in translating technology into several dominant designs and high growth businesses in semiconductors with cumulative $1B market impact. He co-­‐architected and co-­‐directs a €1M Venture Competition in Portugal, and is currently helping to launch Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology -­-a graduate school the size of Cal Tech-­-in Moscow.
