Esta Richard Etim

Esta is an emerging creative entrepreneur and influencer passionately committed to improving the quality of life for young creatives as well as the economy of the creative sector in Nigeria. She is graduate of Environmental Protection and resource management from the University of Calabar, Cross River State and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals .Her undeniable passion for dance as a tool for change was the drive when she founded Ainesis Conceptz in 2012; to help develop and engage young disadvantaged creatives and provide a platform where they can increase their earning power. Esta is a member of Spirit of David since 2002; an international dance group that has hosted over 95 shows in 44 cities around the world geared towards social good and inspiring young dancers to become the best version of themselves. She also volunteers as a mentor to a group of young dancers called Nu Vessels from 2009 till date. She has brought about their individual growth and development and provided innovative ways through which dancers can find fulfilment while doing what they love and opportunities for them to be training so as to compete favorably in her community.

Her organization has reached up to 500 youths, providing exceptional opportunities for capacity building, and empowering them to establish their own enterprises, mentor others and gain recognition for their work and also reached 3000 women and children with signature programs centered on entertainment fitness and health. She has collaborated with several organizations using creative arts to further amplify their cause. Currently, her program is expanding to accommodate not just dancers alone, as other creatives as well are affected the same way.
