Urologist & Researcher. I am currently working at University Hospital La Paz in Madrid, as Urologic Robotic and Laparoscopic Surgeon. My private practice is held in Lyx Institute of Urology, specialized in Prostate Cancer.

My enthusiastic training started with residency in Hospital Universitario Puerta de Hierro, Madrid. I moved abroad to complete an observership on Urologic Oncology at Cleveland Clinic, US. Lastly, I completed a clinical fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopy and Robotic Urology at Institut Mutualiste Montsouris in Paris, having the opportunity to train in Focal therapy strategies.

I specialize in the comprehensive management of prostate cancer, with expertise spanning genetic counseling, active surveillance, focal therapy, robotic and laparoscopic surgery, treatment of recurrences and metastatic disease. My clinical work is complemented by active involvement in multiple clinical trials, contributing to the advancement of prostate cancer care. Additionally, I serve as an Associate in the European Association of Urology (EAU) Prostate Cancer Guidelines Panel, where I contribute to the development and refinement of evidence-based practice standards.
