I'm Ester. My passion is to assist others to develop their full potential. As an educator, I believe that learning happens with motivation, hands-on experience, emotional impact, collaboration with others and reflection. I love to design learning experiences with all these ingredients. As a coach, I built my coaching sessions based on the understanding of people as physical (body), emotional (feelings), mental (mind, language) and spiritual (meaning) beings. I love to have meaningful conversations and share my passion with others.
