Portuguese native speaker from Brazil. Living in Denver and offering private and group classes in portuguese and also coaching sessions for custumized travel plans to Brazil, conversational practices for advanced students through brazilian culinary courses and brazilian art.

Currently volunteering at US-Brazil Connect as a International Relations Consultant due to strong belief in the importance of institutional support for intercultural exchange between the U.S. and Brazil.

Graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica Minas Gerais with a B.A in International Relations and a certificate in Cultural Project Management. Arrived in Denver in October 2012 and have been enjoying the Colorado lifestyle and willing to educate individual interested in discovering brazilian language, culture and destinations.

An avid and curious traveler have always organized family and friends travel plans, exploring small towns and villages in brazilian countryside and also in Europe, New Zealand and most recently in the U.S. Always looking for unique experiences, food, art galeries, hikes and sunsets.

Before moving to Denver, I worked for 5 years in the arts and cultural sector. Coordinated the Cultural Projects Department at the company Drummond & Neumayr and Artmanagers in Belo Horizonte Arts. Extensive experience with program design, paralegal consulting, fundraising, public/private partnership, training and coordinating crew. Over the past five years, she has helped to develop and implement strategic plans for cultural centers, cultural plan for private foundations, grants for heritage building restoration, cultural center construction, art gallery occupation, book publishing and several international theatre and music festivals. She has expertise in Brazilian public cultural policy and creative cities. Her professional experience also includes grant writing teaching experience in a project that served 400 adults in the Brazilian state, Minas Gerais.
