Hi there,
My name is Esther De Andres and I am a Fitness Professional. I spent years self-learning how to get my quality of life back and have no pain through exercise.
After having so many issues with childhood overweight, lower back and knee pain while running and playing with my first kid I realize one day I had to take care of myself to be able to enjoy active activities with my family, feel good with myself and pass that lifestyle to my kids.
I spent my second maternity leave not only enjoying my kids but also learning about the human body, muscles, forces. I could relate the structure of the human body to my previous knowledge/background (Architecture).
I got in LOVE with Exercise. I wanted to get a Personal trainer certification and start working as a Personal Trainer
6 years later I am here, with a few more Certifications and working in an amazing gym in Toronto. I love what I do, I help people to feel and function better. I give them the opportunity to get their quality of life back by mindfully and with a customized approach being part of their exercise process.
I am grateful for having the opportunity everyday to help people to feel as I feel: Happy, Strong and with No Pain.
