She brings a distinctive combination of strategic communications, cybersecurity, executive engagement, event management, community building, and national security experience.
Esther has built her career translating complex issues into clear communications, aligning diverse stakeholders, managing high visibility initiatives, and helping organizations communicate with confidence during periods of change and uncertainty. She is now expanding that expertise into Cyber Crisis Communications, where she is pursuing a graduate degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University and developing expertise across cybersecurity governance, risk management, threat intelligence, incident response, cyber policy, and organizational resilience.

She is focused on translating cyber threats, incidents, policy requirements, and technical information into actionable executive decisions and coordinated stakeholder communications.
• Intelligence & National Security: Professional experience supporting the National Reconnaissance Office, Department of Homeland Security, CISA, JCDC, and Office of the Director of National Intelligence, giving her more than a decade of experience operating in complex national security environments.
• Executive Communications: Managed and edited executive correspondence for the Director of National Intelligence involving the White House, Congress, federal agencies, and the American public, helping eliminate a significant correspondence backlog and improve response processes.
• Organizational Change & Technology: Supported communications for a global NRO workforce of more than 3,000 employees and contributed to an agency wide AI productivity initiative that achieved 45 percent adoption.
• Community Leadership: Managed a 60 plus person Communications Community of Practice, connecting professionals across an agency to share best practices, strengthen collaboration, and improve organizational communication.
• Event & Conference Management: Experienced in planning and executing executive engagements, workforce events, conferences, ceremonies, briefings, stakeholder meetings, and community experiences from strategy through execution.
• Community Building & Partnerships: Within the Pro Tennis community, Esther creates experiences that bring together tennis enthusiasts, professionals, brands, and community partners through events, networking, travel, partnerships, and tennis experiences.
