Esther Abiodun

Esther Abiodun is a Human Resources Professional with over three years of progressive experience spanning consulting, FMCG, edtech, and financial services. She currently works as an Employee Engagement Specialist at FCMB and is pursuing an MBA at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, deepening her expertise in people management and business strategy.

Esther's HR journey began in 2021 at FoodCo Nigeria Limited, where she was recognized for driving impactful employee development and organizational growth. She went on to serve as People Operations Lead at Side Hustle Nigeria Limited (now Terra Learning), where she led inclusive onboarding processes, built effective organizational structures and championed learning and development initiatives for both tech and non-tech talents.

As the former Human Resources Manager at the African Institute of Technology and Innovation (AITI), Esther oversaw end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR policy formulation, resulting in improved organizational effectiveness.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Esther is deeply committed to youth empowerment. Through The Employability Accelerator initiative, she has organized webinars and bootcamps that have equipped over 200 unemployed individuals with practical employability skills, positively shaping their career paths.

Driven by a vision to contribute meaningfully to Africa’s economic transformation, Esther aspires to empower 10,000 African youths with job-readiness skills and coach 1,000 in leadership and entrepreneurship over the next five years.
