I run the UK's first accredited ADHD Coach Training course and I also deliver workshops and webinars raising awareness of neurodivergence and how we can support people at home and work.
I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, and it's my mission to support other neurodivergent people who struggle with executive function, emotional regulation and self esteem.
My qualifications include
