I have more than 17 years of experience in strategic facilitation and executive leadership advisory services. I am the co-founder and partner, with Bill Sedgwick, in Big Tree Strategies, a consultancy firm that builds strategies, aligns teams to achieve their project goals and develops leaders. We persist in helping clients get the results that they want. We help clients engage their people to work together to accomplish these results.
