A. Esther Joshua-Gojer

A doctoral candidate pursuing my Ph.D.(Applied Technology and Performance Improvement) in the Department of Learning Technologies at the University of North Texas. I work with the Center for Knowledge Solutions as a Graduate Research Affiliate. I have a Masters in Industrial Psychology and an M.Phil in Management. My research interests include learning and performance improvement, international HRD, and qualitative inquiry. I have presented at various conferences, have authored and co-authored conference proceedings and book chapters. I also have previous teaching and research experience, both in the United States and in India.
