Esther Gretton

An enthusiastic networker and public speaker, Esther Gretton is a Toastmasters International participant and a member of the Melbourne Business Network (MBN) alongside local and metropolitan companies, individual business consultants, a large variety of SME firms, educational institutions, and national corporates, which enables her to keep up to date with, and be involved in, relevant business related matters and topics. With a Bachelor of Business from La Trobe University firmly in her grasp, Esther continued to indulge her wanderlust with a working stint in the UK - plus treks to more than 25 other countries throughout Europe, Asia and even Scandinavia. Whilst living and working in the UK, Esther was employed in a Business Development role for a Marketing and Branding software company that worked with blue chip companies throughout the UK and Europe, as well as being a team leader for a chapter start-up charity in London. These experiences in work and travel have given Esther a sharp awareness of the changing landscape of sales philosophy across world marketplaces and now hold Esther in good stead for her new role as a Senior Consultant at Barrett. Now with more than seven years experience, both locally and internationally, across sales, marketing and project management, Esther looks forward to combining her holistic approach to life and business with a dedication and commitment to the Barrett way of working ethically, honorably and effectively to nurture positive and productive relationships with her future clients.
