Esther N Perez

Esther Perez is currently a professional in the pharmaceutical industry serving one of top fortune 500 companies. Esther has gained over 9 years of experience and currently holds a role in project management.

Upon gaining experience in the pharmaceutical industry, she realized her passion for working with teams and interest in understanding strategies to develop core competencies within the changing world of the pharmaceutical industry. Esther embarked on obtaining an MBA at the Rutgers Business School. She received her MBA in May 2013 concentrating in both Supply Chain Management and Marketing.

Esther attended Douglass College at Rutgers University where she received a B.A. in Psychology. While pursuing her bachelor's, she learned hands-on experience in research laboratories at UMDNJ and the Center for Biotechnology and Medicine at Rutgers.

Esther is the Chair of the Junior Board of Directors for the Women in Healthcare and Lifesciences (WIHLS) institute. She is also a member of the National Association of Hispanic MBAs, Association for Operations Management, and the New York Academy of Sciences. Esther is native to the New Jersey and New York region.
