Less than 3 months after I graduated from the University of Toronto in June 2010, I hopped onto a plane beginning my adventure teaching English in South Korea. During my twelve months in South Korea, I experienced so many new things, met some wonderful people and learned more about myself. To be perfectly honest, leaving my South Korean life was pretty difficult, but at the end of my contract I thought I was ready to go back home.

So back to Toronto I went.

Well, after about 2 weeks at home, I could safely say my heart wasn’t satisfied. I started looking for opportunities to work abroad eventually finding the North American Language and Cultural Assistant Program. Now I work at a public bilingual school in Madrid, teaching little first and second graders.
