Hello! I am Ethan Handler, MD, a plastic surgeon living and operating out of Oakland, CA. I love nutrition, fitness, and world health concerns. I started this page to curate a group of like-minded people on here and to help spread the message that world health is an important thing to all of us.

Health & Fitness are two things that are not new. We all know the importance of staying fit, eating clean, and treating our bodies well. Most people don't know how to start to implement these practices into their lives, or they may have major blockages preventing them from starting.
