I’ve run multiple small businesses and have grown both the sales and the people. I’ve also been a sales leader at an international corporation where based on the big ideas that a colleague and I had, the entire sales organization shifted the way that they approached the market. Now managing sales and marketing for an industry leader in the beautiful Northwest, I’ve established a track record in managing and developing procedures, implementing key sales initiatives and executing processes. Over the years I’ve realized that a lot of people have big ideas, but that execution is what ultimately matters. I do execution well.
