Ethan Le is the Managing Partner and Founder of Syntegric Advisors, which he established in 2017. He brings more than 20 years of experience across accounting, finance, tax, and business advisory, with a particular focus on serving small and middle-market businesses, entrepreneurs, founders, real estate investors, and high-net-worth individuals.

Ethan’s professional background spans both advisory and senior financial leadership roles within privately held and private equity-backed companies. This combination gives him a practical understanding of the financial, operational, tax, and strategic challenges faced by business owners and investors—not only from an advisor’s perspective, but also from having worked directly inside growing organizations.

Prior to founding Syntegric Advisors, Ethan spent more than 16 years in various finance, accounting, and management roles across a diverse range of industries. His responsibilities included overseeing accounting and finance functions, developing financial reporting and internal controls, supporting rapid business expansion, implementing financial systems and processes, and working alongside executive teams, founders, and investors on strategic initiatives.

Today, as Managing Partner of Syntegric Advisors, Ethan oversees the firm’s tax, accounting, business advisory, and consulting practices. He works closely with privately held businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and high-net-worth individuals on complex tax and accounting matters, including tax planning and compliance, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, business reorganizations, system implementations, transaction planning, business strategy, capital raising, and investor relations.

Ethan also has significant experience addressing complex federal and multi-state tax issues, international tax and accounting matters, and cross-border business considerations, helping clients navigate transactions and structures involving multiple jurisdictions.

Ethan specializes in tax planning and transaction structuring for real estate investors, including acquisitions, dispositions, entity structures, and financing, with a focus on long-term tax efficiency and wealth creation.

Ethan also advises business founders and owners preparing for an eventual exit, helping them evaluate financial readiness, tax implications, transaction structure, succession considerations, and strategies designed to maximize enterprise value and after-tax proceeds.

As part of the firm’s transaction advisory practice, Ethan assists buyers, sellers, and investors with financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis for acquisitions, including evaluating normalized EBITDA, working capital, financial trends, accounting practices, and other matters that may affect valuation, financing, and deal structure.

Ethan also works with startups and emerging-growth companies in the technology and health sciences sectors, assisting founders with accounting and financial infrastructure, tax planning, business structuring, capital-raising readiness, and other financial considerations as they scale.

Ethan and his firm also serve clients in highly regulated and specialized industries, including healthcare and cannabis, where businesses often face complex tax, accounting, compliance, entity-structuring, and financial reporting considerations.

His combination of tax, accounting, corporate finance, M&A, private equity-backed company experience, and private-industry operating experience allows him to approach client matters from a broader business perspective. Rather than viewing tax and accounting as standalone functions, Ethan focuses on how tax strategy, financial decisions, operations, capital structure, investments, and transaction planning work together to support sustainable growth, successful exits, and long-term wealth creation.

Throughout his career, Ethan has worked with businesses and investors across a broad range of industries, including real estate, healthcare and health sciences, technology, cannabis, franchising, food and beverage, manufacturing and distribution, import and export, professional and retail services, third-party logistics, and e-commerce.
