Am I the only one that feels faced with a huge dilemma when asked to write about yourself? Don't get me wrong, I love telling people who I am I just never know how to start the damn process of doing that other than stating my name, age, where I'm from, what I do and so forth. I want to stray away from that approach. I feel that that way is redundant, old, and boring. I am the type of person that hates standing out in a crowd, but feels it's necessary because I don't want to be that guy in a room full of strangers participating in an icebreaker that says the exact same thing that the person in front of me said which 3 other people had already said. I like to welcome and create change, and I firmly believe that it is fundamental for growth. I have an unbearing fixation of trying to see out my future. At 23 years of age, I have been blessed with a very fortunate life. Hardship, determination, and adversity is essential for excellence. Excellence is defined by what I believe it to be, what I feel I have achieved, and what I must continue to experience so that I can grow more. As I mentioned, I've had a very fortunate life thus far. It's been more than good. My life may not be perfect just by the mere definition of what perfect is precieved to be, but perfect in a sense that I've needed everything thats happened to me. All the good and bad things that have happened to me throughout my lifetime have worked out, but I will tell you, I cannot have done a single thing in my life without the help of others. So I find myself creating this page in China where I am currently teaching English in a primary school. Graduating college with a degree in criminal justice and minoring in polictical science. I have never had any interest in becoming a teacher, however many have told me that I would make a good one, one day. I must say though I am very excited to begin. I came to China two years ago and studied at a police college and fell in love with China. After that experience I always said I would come back to China in a heartbeat and when the opportunity presented itself to me back in May, I was accepted into the program a day later. I have since developed and overwhelming passion to investigate and travel the world, and I will dedicate most of my life to achieving that.
