I’m Ethan, a certified personal trainer who believes everyone deserves to move, train, and feel like an athlete in their own life. My background comes from years of competitive baseball and a lifelong passion for sports, movement, and performance. Athletics shaped how I approach training, and today I use that experience to help others build stronger, more capable bodies.

My coaching focuses on strength training, movement quality, and performance development. I work with people at all stages of their fitness journey, from beginners stepping into training for the first time to former athletes looking to rebuild strength and mobility. My goal is not just to help you work out, but to help you understand how your body moves and how to improve it.

I don’t believe in generic programs or recycled workouts. Every client I work with starts with a movement assessment so I can understand strengths, limitations, and goals. From there, I build customized training programs designed to improve performance, prevent injuries, and create steady, long-term progress.

I’m especially passionate about helping people reconnect with movement. I work with adults who want to regain confidence in their bodies and youth athletes who are building athletic foundations for sports like baseball and basketball. My focus is always on teaching proper mechanics, building strength safely, and developing habits that support performance and longevity.

My coaching style is supportive, honest, and focused on progress. I want my clients to feel challenged, but also confident in what they’re doing. Fitness isn’t just about pushing harder. It’s about training smarter, staying consistent, and building momentum over time.

For me, training is bigger than workouts. It’s about helping people feel stronger, move without pain, and develop confidence that carries into everyday life. Wherever you’re starting from, my goal is to help you build a body that supports the life you want to live.
