In 2023, he transitioned into a role involving high-exposure claims and complex litigation matters.
Since September 2024, he has served as a Senior Claim Specialist, overseeing cases involving labor law, construction incidents, and property damage. He works closely with counsel, clients, and investigators to manage claims through resolution.
