“I help families and childcare centers build inclusive, mindful spaces for neurodivergent children through consulting, coaching, and workshops”

Meet Our Founder: Princess Owens

Princess Owens is a mother, certified mindfulness, wellness facilitator, parenting coach and early childhood specialist, and passionate advocate for neurodiverse children and families. She is the founder of Ethan’s Corner, a movement inspired by her youngest son, Ethan—a joyful, autistic, and minimally-speaking child who teaches her every day about connection beyond words.

With over 9 years of experience in early childhood education and community wellness, Princess created Ethan’s Corner to address the gaps in support and inclusive spaces for families like hers. After struggling to find affirming care for Ethan following his early intervention services, she set out to build the kind of environment he—and so many others—deserve: one rooted in play, presence, and possibility.

Through Ethan’s Corner, Princess hosts sensory-friendly pop-up playdates across the community, offering free and affirming spaces for neurodivergent children to explore and connect. These events are a beloved part of the work—but the dream is to give these pop-ups a permanent home where inclusive play can happen every day.

Princess blends her expertise in child development, conscious parenting, trauma-informed care, and breathwork/mindfulness to offer workshops, community events, and consulting services that uplift neurodivergent voices and transform how we see support, inclusion, and childhood itself.

Her approach centers nervous system support—using breathwork, grounding techniques, and mindful movement to help children, families, and childcare providers regulate emotions, build trust, and reconnect with themselves and each other. Whether she’s guiding a provider through burnout recovery or helping a child find calm through play-based mindfulness, Princess leads with empathy, embodiment, and intention.

When she’s not building bridges between families and communities, Princess is sharing lived insights under her platform The Multiple Mom, where she advocates for conscious parenting, village building, and sustainable wellness for families raising neurodivergent kids.
