Ethel Phelan

Ethel started her Real Estate career in 1992 with Prudential CT Realty where she was consistently awarded the industry title Top Producer in the company. Always looking to expand her horizons, she spent some time at Re/Max between 1998 and 2004. She then joined Realty Partners to be closer to her new home in on the shoreline in New Haven County where she was a consistent Top Producer once again. The present broker she works with is DeForest Realty. She is currently a full time HAFA Short Sale Specialist, specializing in mortgage loan modification solutions and independent Commercial Financing - a potent combination for working with clients in the post housing-crisis climate.

In February of 2011 Ethel began working with the group Private Money Bank International as an Independent Commercial Financing specialist. PMB International is a Funding Company that brings international & national capital to American real estate investment opportunities, the perfect compliment to her vast knowledge and experience in the world of Real Estate.
