After many years in training and education sector, my passion and professional work is to promote social practice, in particular in terms of the young, fostering collaboration, interaction and the shift of responsibilities between different generations.
I like to build initiatives for the life of individuals and organizations, to respond to the needs of development and professional growth by encouraging knowledge of the labour market, trades and professions and the acquisition of skills, both technical and socio-relational.
With my team I’m involved in projects to the empowerment of personality with technical, managerial and entrepreneurial skills, able to create new jobs and social value.
