Hello everybody,

I am an Innovation & New Media Blogger based in Switzerland.

Interested in Loyalty building & new media, I started my career developing event platforms before managing successfully several online content projects and starting a Loyalty & New Media study in 2009, interviewing more than 30 managers in the Lake of Geneva Region. Motivated by the results, I launched my blog as well as a group on LinkedIn to share my experience in developing communities on social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) and opportunities in Loyalty building. Based on my experience and expertise in Community Management, I have managed a national campaign for Edelvia and conducted several Social Media conferences and seminars.

Passionate about entrepreneurship & innovation, I contribute today to the online promotion of Western Switzerland’s ICT Innovation Ecosystem as Alp ICT Community Manager & Blogger. I also write regularly for Startupticker.ch, the Swiss Startup News Channel.
