I work with the coolest, smartest graduate students and colleagues around the globe;-). As a leader of several research projects and as a supervisor of many graduate students I find that the emerging post-industrial age needs new concepts for spaces where people learn, act and interconnect. I use a blend of complexivist and post structural organization and learning environmen design thinking to describe, conceptualize, theorize and to create the next generation of learning in organizations capable of complex, quick change. My university teaching and research integrates the power and potential of learning technologies and organization theory to innovate at the individual, institutional, government and social contexts for human development and happier lives!
