I am an Independent consultant working in the technology industry. My role involves understanding what makes a business tick and facilitating the development of solutions to improve process execution. I think it is quite exciting to collaborate with clients to deliver positive change that results in improved productivity. It takes patience to undestand the key processes involved in any business and I am always willing to listen and provide input from an analytical perspective. Of course, I don't have all the answers which is why working closely with the client helps draw out the best solution. When not working, I believe in staying physically and mentally fit is essential. I'm an avid cyclist who doesn't mind hopping on my bike and treking accoss town or mountain bike on a challenging trail. Staying fit helps keep the mind and body ready for the excitement of new opportunities. I've worked in everything from retail, tech, waste management, insurance, telecom, energy and manufacturing. What I've discovered is that the business may be different but the challenges are very much the same. Grad school provided the tools necessary to thrive in this business. Not only did I pursue a tech degree but also master's in business. As a consultant, I believe it's necessary to wear both hats simultaneously. In doing so, I'm always ready to look at the financial implications of a specific solution.
