Hi, I'm Eugene — Co-Founder and General Manager of Charcuteria DC, a Mediterranean charcuterie and natural wine restaurant and retail market opening in Washington DC's Shaw/U Street Corridor. Alongside my co-founders, we're bringing a curated selection of cheese, cured meats, natural wine, and coffee to the neighborhood. I hold a CFPM food safety certification and bring a background in product management, data analytics, and digital transformation from prior work in federal consulting and healthcare analytics. Outside the restaurant, you'll find me on the rugby pitch, on the basketball court, or out cycling — and I'm always happiest with a good book or planning the next trip with my partner.
