One of my mentor asked me years ago, what I was going to do with my life. I pause, and said " I want to help and make difference in other people lives." He then said, for you to do that you must first become a better you. I didn't understand what that meant at that time, until i was introduce to personal development.

So now, I focus on becoming a better person spirtually, physically, and mentally with hope to put smiles on people faces & shine positive light on other people lives.

I'm a father, business owner, coach and mentor to our youths.

I enjoy the outdoors, reading, listening to inspirational & motivational materials, exercising, sports, and playing with my kids.
