Eugenia is a dynamic trainer and presenter who is passionate about organizational psychology and helping working professionals thrive in their careers. She researches, creates and conducts highly interactive workshops on critical skills to help professionals hit their goals and succeed at work.

Eugenia majored in Psychology at Boston College, graduating cum laude. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in Organizational Dynamics at University of Pennsylvania to deepen her understanding on what makes organizations successful and how to create the best environments for employees to feel motivated, engaged, and produce their best work.
