My hearts calling is to empower people by reconnecting them to their inherent body wisdom. And thus, to expand into a life of freedom, purpose and possibility to impact the world at large. To do so I integrate my academic education (BA - Social Anthropology, Gender Studies, Pedagogy and BA - Contemporary Dance) with an extensive training in Somatic Methodologies such as the Grinberg Method,Feldenkreis, BMC, Cranio Sacral Technique and Somatic Experiencing.

I have been in private practice for 7+ years and touched the lives of hundreds of clients. I offer different short- and long-term 1-on-1 processes as well as workshops.
