I'm the co-founder of Exact Media and founder of Colour With Me Art Studio. I've spent most of my past 5 years in designing unique experiences for both clients and consumers - Through understanding current processes to identify gaps & opportunities for strategic foresight. Innovations include: new sales strategies and processes, new shopping experiences to drive conversion to purchase and increased brand loyalty; and scorecards for initial hiring. As a founding member of Exact Media, I've had the opportunity to build new business partnerships with top 500 eCommerce retailers within North America (ie. GILT.com, Zulily, JustFab) and the UK to bring traditional advertising (such as product sampling) to a digital world.

My current focus at Exact Media is to bring our value to new partners in the UK and expand our network for rapid international growth.

When I'm not at Exact Media, I enjoy spending time with children at Colour With Me to nurture their creativity through story-based projects that teach how to solve problems with a design thinking approach.
