Eva Lea Klein has a retail background spanning Florida and Brazil, where she was raised. As a Banana Republic tailor until 2013, she altered garments to meet specific customer needs. Among the sewing techniques Eva Lea Klein used were those involved in joining, reinforcing, and finishing. Her experience as a tailor extends to a reliance on designs and patterns to create new pieces of clothing.

Ms. Klein gained early experience in a retail setting within a Brazilian department store owned and operated by her family. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, she fulfilled a managerial role that involved assisting her father in the everyday operations. From 1987 to 1991, she studied architectural design at Kafaat University in Brazil.

A resident of Florida since 1991, Ms. Klein has provided assistance to Banana Republic customers needing assistance in Portuguese and Spanish. Among her favorite free time activities is traveling to visit family members who live in various locations such as Brazil, New York, and Texas.
