Evan Thomas Byron is a seasoned attorney based in Cleveland, Ohio, with extensive experience in litigation and transactional law. He founded Byron Legal, LLC, offering various legal services to businesses and individuals, focusing on business disputes, employment law, and mergers and acquisitions.

Born on May 25, 1980, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Evan grew up in Carmel, Indiana. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Indiana University Purdue University in Indianapolis, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Spanish in 2002. During college, Evan earned a spot on The National Dean's List and participated in the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity's Finance Committee. His academic achievements and leadership roles paved the way for his future legal career. Evan then went to Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, earning his Juris Doctor degree in 2006. At Case Western, he was a Jonathan M. Ault Mock Trial Team member and served as Vice President of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, earning a place on the Dean's List.

Evan's legal career began in Cleveland, where he worked at Kaufman, Drozdowski & Grendell, LLC. He joined the firm soon after graduation and became a partner in 2017. Over his time at Kaufman, Drozdowski & Grendell, Evan built a strong reputation for handling various legal matters, including business disputes, employment law, bankruptcy, real estate transactions, probate cases, and personal injury matters. His practice expanded into transactional law, where he gained expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and real estate deals. Before joining Kaufman, Drozdowski & Grendell, Evan served as Of Counsel at Lieberman, Dvorin & Dowd, LLC, where he focused on business and commercial litigation, including creditors' rights, banking matters, and real estate.

Evan's experience includes a key role at Chernett Wasserman, LLC, where he was a non-equity partner from 2009 to 2016. In this capacity, he oversaw the firm’s litigation practice, which included various commercial and business disputes, real estate issues, bankruptcy, and employment law.
