For the past ten years I have been engaged in providing outcome-focused fixed fee consulting services to business customers with an emphasis on maximizing benefits for minimum cost through simplification of processes, thorough analysis of business situations, and leveraging effective new technologies. As an independent consultant, I worked with a variety of businesses in the SMB space, focusing on cost savings and business growth by evaluating new technologies and implementing those which were truly cost effective solutions or productivity multipliers.

Since joining Zero2Ten in 2008, I have applied the same principles and methods to implementations of Microsoft CRM. Working with a larger organization has allowed me engage with an even broader customer base, ranging from single-seat CRM deployments to enterprise XRM projects.
