Consistently setting neighborhood and condominium sales records, Evan has garnered the respect of some of Philadelphia's top residential and multi-family developers. His market knowledge, diligent approach, and tenacity in advocating for his clients has led to a loyal network of discerning buyers and sellers, in Philadelphia and beyond.

Prior to joining Compass, Evan was directly involved in over $30 million in transactions since entering the business in 2014. From assisting first-time buyers, to marketing some of Philadelphia's most desirable properties, consulting with discerning investors, and partnering with the U.S. Attorney General's Office on historically significant sales, Evan's experience and representation runs the gamut. Coupled with his innovative team and industry-leading brokerage, Evan is equipped with all of the tools necessary to efficiently find, negotiate, and broker the best deals for his clients.

Evan holds dual degrees in Finance & Real Estate from Temple University's Fox School of Business, where he graduated with cum laude honors. He proudly sponsors a number of local charities, especially those that seek to eradicate homelessness among LGBT individuals. In his spare time, Evan can be found running the Wissahickon Trails in Chestnut Hill or skiing Blue Mountain in the Poconos!
