Evan Gentry is a real estate investor and fund manager and the Founder and CEO of G8 Capital. He has led more than 50 major property acquisitions across the U.S., including millions of square feet of commercial space and thousands of residential units. His funds have delivered average annual returns above 25% for investors. Evan also supports growing companies through G8 Holdings. Earlier, he co-founded Money Line Lending Services, later acquired by Genpact after modernizing mortgage systems.
