Eelco van Iperen

Born and raised in the Netherlands, studied in the UK and I now live in Beijing for over two years. I’m educated in business, with degrees in Marketing, Strategy and Finance, and working in one of the leading floricultural breeding companies developing the Chinese market.

Recently I’ve become fascinated by the way food can influence one’s life. By simply making the right decisions of what you eat and how you eat, you can change your body composition, health, performance, longevity, etc. In combination with effective exercises it’s amazing what we’re capable of. Nutrition, fitness, wellness, and performance optimisation have become a great passion lately.

I probably drink too much coffee but enjoy every cup. Stronger is better and of course no sugar or milk is added. One day there will be a Speedster espresso machine pouring my daily caffeine fix.
