Evan Loring Provides Enterprise Companies with IT Budget Management

As a senior manager for the Pembroke, Massachusetts, company MSDI, Evan Loring oversees the annual information technology (IT) budgets of major enterprise companies. On behalf of clients, he appraises all equipment manufacturer proposals and provides cost-saving strategies to help reduce IT capital and operating expenditures. Also responsible for conducting the sale of virtualization and data storage solutions, Evan Loring has grown the annual revenue of MSDI’s business enterprise divisions to $10 million.

Outside of his work in the IT sector, Evan Loring has served as a wide receivers coach for the football teams of Harvard University and his alma mater, the University of New Hampshire (UNH). While at Harvard, he coached the receiver squad for a Crimson team that led the Ivy League in offense for two consecutive seasons. He coordinated the passing schemes and called running plays for each game, as well as directed recruiting efforts at high schools on the West Coast.

During his time as a student-athlete at UNH, Mr. Loring received Academic All-Colonial Athletic Association honors on three occasions. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics, then worked as the Wildcats wide receivers coach while completing an MBA.

In his free time, Evan Loring enjoys playing basketball and football, lifting weights, and cooking South American and Middle Eastern dishes. He maintains an interest in auto sports and belongs to the Sports Car Club of America and the Automobile Racing Club of America.
