Evan McKeirnan has dedicated nearly 30 years to the corporate aviation industry, beginning his career with a passion for aircraft that started in high school. His aviation journey led him to Spokane Community College in Washington, where he earned his FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificates and an Associate degree in Applied Science—Aviation Maintenance. These credentials served as the cornerstone of his professional aviation career.

In addition to his A&P certification, Evan holds Inspection Authorization (IA), FAA Private Pilot, and Small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) Remote Pilot certifications. He has consistently sought opportunities to further his technical knowledge and skills throughout his career. His advanced training includes courses in Gulfstream G450 and G550 aircraft at FlightSafety International, and he has earned numerous accolades, such as the FAA Silver and Bronze Awards, the AMT Society’s “NextGen 40 under 40” recognition, and the FlightSafety Savannah Top Troubleshooter Award.

Evan’s professional journey began in 1999 when he took a position as Crew Chief in Van Nuys, California, working with Gulfstream aircraft. As his experience grew, he took on additional responsibilities in roles such as Chief Inspector and Maintenance Technician, gradually advancing into leadership positions. He worked with various Gulfstream aircraft, gaining experience in fleet management, maintenance scheduling, and compliance with FAA regulations. These early years laid the groundwork for Evan’s future leadership roles, including West Coast Maintenance Manager and Director of Maintenance at several aviation companies.

At Western Jet Aviation, where Evan served as Chief Inspection and Maintenance Supervisor, he managed the inspection and maintenance teams, ensuring the safe operation of Gulfstream aircraft. He oversaw key projects, including working with NASA and Lockheed Martin on advanced aerospace projects. Later, as Director of Maintenance at Prime Jet and Aero Cadre/Monza Aviation, Evan oversaw the maintenance of Gulfstream aircraft operating globally. His work included coordinating aircraft delivery, managing compliance with international regulations, and leading teams to ensure the highest safety standards.
