Originally from Michigan, Evan is an Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology Ph.D. student at Louisiana Tech University. Currently, Evan is a Project Associate and Assistant Student Director at AROS Consulting Inc., an I/O consulting group operated by faculty and students of the Doctoral Program at Louisiana Tech University. Through his graduate training, Evan has become deeply grounded in I/O theory and has used this knowledge throughout his work at AROS Consulting Inc. During his tenure, Evan has completed projects ranging from core-team building to hosting seminars for local business leaders covering the effective use of social media within organizations. While diligently and effectively completing consulting projects, Evan has also dove into I/O research encompassing topics from organizational justice to the application of professional sports data to I/O theory.
