I wear many hats in life as a sister, wife, super mom, mentor, coach, consultant, trainer, student, friend, nutrition and exercise freak, and daughter of the most high God. My world revolves around simplifying life to inspire others into action.

I am passionate about raising great and empowered kids who will grow up to live their full potential therefore make time to be part and parcel of their lives on a regular basis.

I inspire individuals and organisations to play well in order to win. In a nutshell, I am growing and managing talent, facilitating work experience and performance as well as keeping our clients abreast with our fast moving world.

The African girl child's welfare and progress is central to my life and I dedicate myself to build channels and partner with others who see her as the key to the development of the continent as a whole.
