Evelyn is a Senior Partner based in Singapore at Dentons Rodyk. She has extensive experience as a lawyer advising clients on corporate and commercial law, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance transactions in Asia.
Her advice covers private and public mergers & acquisitions (M&A), public take-overs, corporate restructuring exercises and delistings.
Evelyn advises clients on the Singapore law aspects of international restructuring exercises and acquisitions or divestments of businesses. Other areas include advice on rights issues, share placement exercises, as well as private equity and venture capital fundraising exercises.
Evelyn is also experienced in advising clients on compliance, licensing and other issues relating to Singapore’s Securities and Futures Act, Banking Act, Insurance Act and Payment Services Act.
She was formerly Managing Director of Atlas Asia Law Corporation, an independent member firm of Ernst & Young (EY) from July 2018 to June 2022.
