Jennifer Bohmbach

Background

Since 1995, Jennifer has been part of teams working together for maximum results to create digital products and experiences. She is able to live out her passion around the future, the internet and helping customers in her current position as a UX Architect at Cisco.

A varied background include holding positions in senior consulting roles in Advertising, IT and User Experience fields. She has also served management and individual contribution roles inside of large corporations, including her role as the Chief Information Architect at Sun Microsystems from 2004-2007. She left Sun to return to consulting in 2007. Recruited to work at Oracle in October of 2010, she joined the team as a Senior UX Architect.

Looking for a new challenge, she joined Magnet 360 in the spring of 2013 to lead and grow the UX team as the Director of Customer Experience. After nearly two years, Jennifer joined Cisco.

User Experience /InformationArchitecture

She has designed and researched User Experience in many industries including banking, advertising, high tech, retail, healthcare, software and medical. This work has spanned many forms of digital experiences including mobile web, intranets, communities, CRM, marketing automation, e-commerce, demand generation, transactional experiences, content management, wikis, blogs and social media.

Her customer research experience includes facilitation, in home study and usability study design and execution.

Jennifer is a photographer. Her work has been shown at several venues in Minneapolis and she posts daily images at her Photo Of The Day site.
