Joel Elliot

He oversees the day to day operations of all Brokerage and Property Management Services. He has been involved in the Real Estate and banking Industry for over 15 years. Currently he is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers where he is currently serving as the Atlanta Chapter President- Elect and holds the Residential Management Professional designation. He is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management where he is in the final phase of completing his Certified Property Management designation as well. In addition to the time Joel spends with these 2 organizations he is also an active member of the Atlanta Commercial board of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors, and the Independent Insurance Agents Association. Joel is one of the most respected and admired members of the Property Management community and believes that training, ethics, and professionalism are the most important traits one must have to be successful in the Property Management industry.
